Please describe your sustainable offering and how it relates to the Event Industry.

Organic to Go offers a wide variety of catering options to accommodate anything from a small corporate meeting to a full-service catered event. We offer a large variety of Traditional American fare made from all natural and organic ingredients. We utilize plates made from sugarcane, cups from corn based plastics, utensils made from corn, and plastic bags made of a photosynthetic, biodegradable plastic. All of our napkins, marketing materials, menus, and business cards are printed on recycled paper, often with dye free inks! We also offer upgrades to bamboo platters and plates. Our delivery fleet consists of hybrid Priuses, fuel-efficient Scions, and diesel powered Dodge Sprinter Vans. Essentially, we try to make the whole process as green as can be from start to finish!
