Staycation/Twitter/Chat on June 1

Some of you have been asking where I’ve been and I appreciated you touching base! The answer is...I've been on a "staycation" over the last few weeks. Yes, very green indeed. After celebrating our children's birthdays (13 & 3), buying a home, and having some needed down-time, I'm back and I'm ready!

I've also taken the time to consider my ideal business partner and brainstorm how this outstanding group of 200+ eco-minded professionals could take GreenYourTheme.com to its next level.

Green is the New Black

By Kenneth Hein

Organic apparel is all the rage. Here are four case studies showing how using green items can help boost a brand.

Honest Foods, Honest Promos

Having already helped create the successful Kashi line of organic foods (which was purchased by Kellogg in 2000), Andrew Aussie set out to see if he could make lightning strike twice. As cofounder of Honest Foods, Aussie is looking to build a brand like Kashi where he worked for 11 years, serving most re… Continue

We are open to becoming part of the team. Like Karen we are still trying to figure out how to promote the "green thing". We work extensively with Alderbrook Resort and they are interested in becoming and promoting "green". Living and owning a business in Union WA, makes you think green every morning when look outside.

What a busy weekend! Our solar powered Bubble Tower Sculpture was sponsored by South Denver Cardiology Associates at the Denver Heart Walk on Saturday. About 6,000 participants were either chasing the bubbles, or enjoying the antics of the bubble chasers! We put South Denver Cardiology banners on the Bubble Tower to good effect. Also, I wore their shirt while performing as Stretch the nine foot clown. At this weekend's Denver People's Fair, we entertained with the Bubble Tower for the fifth year in a row! See the video at Bubble Tower.com. Solar powered with a battery back up, means the BT is quiet, with no smelly generator fumes, and can be placed nearly anywhere. Great fun, and very effective for sponsor recognition.
