Please describe your sustainable offering and how it relates to the Event Industry.

We work with event planners and event staff to assess the greenhouse gas emissions associated with any type of event. This is typically called the carbon footprint of the event, and usually involves elements like on-site energy use, travel to and from the event, trash generated, transportation related to food and supplies, and promotional materials.

After coming up with the overall carbon footprint, we can work with event planners to reduce these emissions by changing activities, finding green alternatives, and doing whatever is feasible. As a final step, we offer high-quality, certified carbon offsets from our project portfolio to balance remaining, unavoidable GHG emissions. This ultimately leaves the event with zero net impact on the climate, which is our green goal.
